Returns

1.  Contact Us: 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and the items you would like to return. Please send your request in email to mattsav@powersports.co.za

2.  Condition of Items:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. 

The following items cannot be returned for credit:

• electronic items after package opened.
• any item without original packaging
• items purposely ordered from overseas suppliers.

3. Packaging: 

Please package the items in their original packaging.

4.  Shipping: 

Place the items in a package and attach the provided return shipping label.

You can return the items to our warehouse or we will arrange collection.

5. Refunds: 

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that this is a general return policy and may not apply to our dealers.
